At Substruct Systems, we realize the importance of quality technical support, and we are committed to providing you with the best support options available at a price you can afford.
We also realize that you don't want to have to call ten different companies for ten different problems. That's why we cover everything - from every piece of software you own to that old computer you've had on your desk since the 90s.
Another thing: unlike some companies who have one price for training and a totally separate package for support, we cover everything with one plan. This means that if you call in for help with a module and you also have a new employee that needs some training we can take care of your needs all in one session.
We offer a variety of different support packages tailored to fit your needs - anywhere from 1 hour to 10 hours. Our technical support team can assist you over the phone, over the Internet, or in person if need be. The best part is there are no monthly maintenance fees. You pay for support as you need it.
Tech Support is available in the following at the following rates:

If you run out of tech support time during an incident, we'll give you the option to purchase a new package or just continue at the normal hourly rate.
Also, we feel that if you paid for it, it's yours. So don't worry... our tech support packages don't expire.
Our phone support is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday through Saturday...but we are always on call in the case of an emergency.
