Substruct Utilities: Special Orders

Have a hard time tracking special orders? The Special Orders module is designed for exactly that. Record customers’ information when they are in your place of business, and then contact them when their order arrives.

• Monitor special orders with five status check boxes.

• Automatically generate orders in the Ordering module from records in the Special Order Database.

• Automatically generate an E-mail to send to customers informing them there product has arrived.

• Grow a database of customers’ contact information.

• Intergrate your special order with the Receiving module and flag items in the Invoice Manager as special orders, letting employees checking in items known the item should be set aside.

Print out a label for each special order on your invoice. Use them to organize special order merchandise and keep track of when the customer was contacted.
