Receiving was built from the ground up with receiving employees in mind. Getting your product checked in has never been easier. From downloading an electronic invoice (avaible for certain vendors) to checking in product with a barcode scanner, every aspect of the receiving process is faster, easier, and more accurate with Substruct Utilities!
Receiving Features

Opening an invoice will display the Invoice Manager. The Invoice Manager lets you send your invoice to a Receiving Client to be checked in, and it lets you look over and edit that invoice after it has been received.
The Receiving Client makes checking in items from an order a breeze. To check in an item, scan it with a barcode scanner, enter the amount you are receiving, and hit “Enter”. It’s that simple. Not only does the Receiving Client speed up the receiving process, but it helps reduce mistakes and double-check for shipping errors. The Receiving Client can also be installed on any computer on your network so you don’t have to take up space on your sales floor.
Receiving Client Features
• Check in merchandise against a invoice or purchase order.
• Quickly check in products by scanning barcodes or typing in stock numbers.
• Track the quantity received for each item, as well as the quantity damaged in shipping (if any).
• Double-check product information such as price, cost, stock number, UPC code, and description.
• Visual indicators flag new items, items with price changes, and items that are special orders.
• View the entire invoice or PO.
• Receive from any computer on your network.
