MC50 Enterprise Digital Assistant from Symbol

Our most popular unit, the MC50, is a combination Personal Data Assistant and Data Collection Device. The PDA like design makes this unit great for keeping a personal calendar and address book, as well as performing inventory functions like printing labels and counting inventory. The MC50 also has a full QWERTY keyboard with a Number Shift option.

The MC50 come with one of two different scanner options:

Linear Scanner - this model projects a straight LED-style line, allowing you to capture barcode data in a straightforward manner. Regular lighting condition are ideal as this model struggles in dark or heavily shaded areas.

2d Imaging Scanner -this model projects a 2d box on to the barcode you are scanning. It is able to read barcode from any angle, and can read 2D barcodes as well (similar to what many shipping companies use). It is also light sensitive, but slightly less so than the Linear model above.
