Transaction Type: Posted
Tax Code: Leave at “start” and “end”.
Check “Include Sales with no Tax Code”
Check “Skip Tax Codes with zero tax amount”
Check “Include Nontaxable Sales”
Choose Date Range (i.e. Last Month) or pick dates
Report Type: Summary
Subtotal: Tax Code
To get gross sales: Add “Sales With Tax Code” and “Sales Without Tax Codes”
To get total tax exempt sales: Add “Sales Without Tax Codes” to subtotals for each non-tax tax code (ie. NT)
To get total tax due: Use “Tax Amount”
